Join us for a special "Mind-Body Fusing Intensive!" We'll practice the tried and true discipline of "bowing," in a traditional Zen style. This exercise vitalizes the body and calms and strengthens the mind.
We will practice 300 bows, which will take about 45 minutes, and then do a group sitting meditation.
This practice is for beginners and advanced practitioners of Qigong, Yoga, and/or Meditation. Please join us!
