Joseph (Bodhi) Budziszewski, LMT, ACPT

Joseph (Bodhi) has been living in the Rogue Valley for more than 20 years, and he feels the connections he has made in our community have transcended from being “just acquaintances” to being part of an extended family.

“Connection is important to me, and what I can give to others. I know that no single approach is the right approach for each individual I come into contact with. It is my experience and passion to bring forth healing as well as relieving stress, by providing different modalities for the mind, body and spirit. I believe a healthy body feeds the mind, which cleanses the spirit and in turn provides balance in us all.”

Joseph has over 40 years of training in the Martial Arts, and does not claim to be an expert, but merely a student in life, which has brought him a sense of healing and balance throughout his younger years and led him to a lifelong love of fitness and training. He has competed and trained others in gymnastics, martial arts, body building and long distance running and also competed (and trained) as a ranked professional sprinting athlete in Masters Track and Field.

Joseph's areas of expertise in massage include Myofascial Release, Elongation while integrating with retraction and traction methods, Sports Massage/Neuro- Muscular Therapy and Swedish massage. He is pleased to be working at Community Acupuncture and Natural Health as a Massage Therapist and feels that he can make a difference in helping others in their well being.Joseph (Bodhi) has been living in the Rogue Valley for more than 20 years, and he feels the connections he has made in our community have transcended from being “just acquaintances” to being part of an extended family.“Connection is important to me, and what I can give to others.
