Join Qigong instructor Adam Holtey for a 3 class series on Monday evenings, July 17th, 24th and 31st. The focus of these sessions, each 1 hour and 45 minutes long, will be learning "Smart Moves" for both your lower and upper body. These movements cultivate balance, strength, flexibility, coordination and overall vitality.
In addition to learning a series of "Smart Moves," the 3 sessions will share special breathing exercises for developing core strength and improving circulation; energetic exercises that encourage your body to move in Qigong forms intuitively and spontaneously; meditative practices that help keep your energy and your mind centered and grounded; and much more.
The Monday evening sessions will be held from 6:30 to 8:15 PM, and you are welcome to attend one or all of them. The sessions are $20 each, or $50 for all three. The classes are limited to 14 students, and you can register online to reserve your space. Please register for any and all of the sessions you wish to attend.
