New Qigong Instructor

This Saturday, September 29th, we welcome the newest Qigong instructor to our team, Judd Robbins, who will be substitute teaching the Phase 3 class at 9:30am. Qigong instructor, Judd Robbins

Judd Robbins brings 40 years of exercise and fitness teaching experience to his classes and private trainings, and has offered his classes at clubs in Massachusetts, California, Nevada, and Oregon. These include classes in yoga, pilates, aerobics, strength and self defense, and Judd has further studied Tai Chi, Qigong and Meditation with instructors both in the U.S. and abroad.

Judd has turned fitness into a lifelong commitment, and he loves to share his knowledge and enthusiasm with the many students that presently attend his classes in Ashland, Oregon. He holds certifications in Pilates from the PhysicalMind Institute, in Yoga from YogaFit, in Group Fitness Training from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and has reached the level of third degree black belt from Jujitsu America and F.A.S.T.

Wishing to expand his offerings to better serve his students, he is now focusing on both Tai Chi and Qigong. His primary desire is to help others to enjoy their lives and to experience better health through all of the complementary disciplines that he has studied, taught, and experienced.
